8th & Roast

We are 8th & Roast, a Nashville coffee roaster and cafe that has been chasing great coffee since 2009. Everything starts with the bean. We source exceptional coffees from around the world, build direct relationships with the farmers who grow them, and pay fairly so those partnerships last. Then we roast in small batches right here in town, so what lands in your cup is as fresh and honest as it gets. Pull up to one of our neighborhood shops and you will find pour-overs, espresso, and seasonal drinks, along with a selection of loose-leaf teas for the non-coffee crowd. Our baristas are happy to talk you through a single-origin or simply keep your usual coming. You can visit us on 8th Avenue South, over on Charlotte Avenue in Sylvan Park, or in Midtown, and catch us at partner spots including Nashville International Airport and the Canopy by Hilton downtown. Whether you are grabbing a bag of beans for home or settling in with a warm mug, we want every visit to feel like great coffee shared with good people.
