Request a correction or removal

See something wrong, out of date, or that should be hidden? Tell us and we'll review it. Businesses can request that a tag be hidden or a listing removed.

How corrections & removals work

  • Corrections: we update sourced information and re-check the source.
  • Tag removal: a business can ask that any identity/ownership tag be hidden. Hidden tags are never displayed.
  • Listing removal: a verified representative can request the full listing be removed.
  • Scores: benchmark scores are sourced from third parties; we correct sourcing errors and link to the original source.

We never infer sensitive identity categories, so most corrections are about updating a source, a detail, or hiding something at an owner's request.
