Trust & Verification
Source-first, never inferred
We do not guess sensitive identity or ownership categories. Every tag carries a source and one of the verification statuses below.
We never infer identity or ownership
Inclusivity.org does not infer that a business is Black-owned, LGBTQ-owned, women-owned, veteran-owned, disability-owned, or any similar category based on names, photos, language, neighborhood, branding, or appearance. Every sensitive tag must have a source and a verification status.
The business owner selected or confirmed this tag.

Badges, logos, and certifications
We use neutral Inclusivity.org text badges — for example “Certified WBE — Source: WBENC” or “HRC CEI 100 — Source: HRC.” We do not display official third-party logos or badges by default. An official mark is only shown when the business or admin has documented permission and it is intentionally managed — never presented as an endorsement of Inclusivity.org.
Employer scores
HRC Corporate Equality Index, Disability Index, Fair360, and Seramount scores and recognitions belong to their respective organizations. Inclusivity.org reports sourced benchmark information and public or company-submitted data, and does not claim affiliation with those organizations unless explicitly stated. Missing participation in a given year is reported factually and is never framed as negative.
Corrections & removals
You can request a correction to any sourced detail, ask that an identity or ownership tag be hidden, or request that a full listing be removed. Hidden tags are never displayed, and we honor removal requests from verified representatives.
