How we sourced this
Listed from the National Association of Gay and Lesbian Real Estate Professionals directory, read on 8 September 2026, and from the agent's own website or bio page (https://www.coastallifeisthebestlife.com/), read the same day. Their city is the office address they publish themselves, which is not always the city NAGLREP files them under.
- LGBTQ-owned — Public website · source
Alester Spears names their own orientation on their member listing with the National Association of Gay and Lesbian Real Estate Professionals, in its south carolina directory. NAGLREP also carries gay-friendly entries, which mean ally rather than owner; this listing is not one of those.
