At Bar Dojo, we call it Chino-Latino: a melting pot of Asian comfort foods reimagined with fresh Northwest ingredients and a Latin twist. Since 2012, our kitchen has drawn on Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Indonesian, and Thai traditions, favoring all-natural, organic, and sustainable fare that tastes like home yet surprises with every bite. Pull up a seat and share our signature plates: Ahi Tuna Tacos, Birria Ramen, a Crab and Poke Bowl, the wagyu El Jefe Tacos, oven-roasted Miso Black Cod, and the Umami Dojo Kobe Burger. For the table, the Dojo Board brings bulgogi, gochujang wings, firecracker shrimp, seared ahi, and poke tacos together in one feast. Our bartenders pour hand-crafted cocktails to match, and happy hour runs daily, both early and late. On weekends we open for brunch, so mornings are just as welcome as evenings.
