The Belchick Group

The Belchick Group has served Western Pennsylvania since 2012, led by Jim Belchick, who has spent his entire career in the industry and came to it because it combined the business of art, design and investment with people.

The group works all price points and specializes in unique properties, including land and new-build communities for people who are thinking about building rather than buying. It reads a house by who it caters to: families, nightlife, walkability, the city or the quiet of the country.

The practice extends past the closing into staging, marketing and an after-care list of legal, plumbing, HVAC and electrical partners, on the view that the sale itself is a small piece of the relationship.
