Beyond Discovery Coaching

Beyond Discovery Coaching is a career coaching business dedicated to helping individuals discover their strengths, navigate career decisions, and build meaningful professional lives. Through personalized coaching, I support clients in exploring their career interests, developing confidence, identifying opportunities, and taking intentional steps toward their professional goals. My work with the LGBTQ+ community centers on creating an affirming, inclusive, and supportive coaching environment where clients can explore their identities, experiences, and aspirations without fear of judgment. I recognize that career development is not a one-size-fits-all journey and that LGBTQ+ individuals may encounter unique considerations related to workplace culture, authenticity, discrimination, visibility, and finding organizations where they feel valued and supported. I’m here to help!
