Bryan Beene, Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty

Bryan Beene is the principal of the Bryan Beene Group at Martha Turner Sotheby's International Realty, a Houston team built on luxury service at every price point. He works with first-time buyers, with sellers whose listings stalled with someone else, with renters and landlords, and with developers who rely on him to choose the layouts and finishes buyers actually want.

The team knows Montrose, the Heights, Memorial Park, the Memorial Villages, Southampton Place, West University and River Oaks, and also works in Brenham and Round Top.

Bryan reads people well and holds firm in a negotiation: he listens, tells people the truth and stays in their corner from the first showing to the closing table. Most of his business comes from repeat work and referrals. A New Braunfels native, he supports the Council on Recovery and the Memorial Park Conservancy.
