Chef Lucas is a private chef working across Palm Springs and the Coachella Valley, cooking in his clients' own kitchens rather than out of a restaurant. He takes on personal chef arrangements for daily or regular meals, dinner parties and catering from a small table up to a large event, and drop off meals for people with a busy schedule.
For a party he does the cooking, the serving and the clean up, so the host gets to be a guest at their own event, and menus are put together with the party rather than picked off a fixed list.
