Cleveland Sex Therapy is a group practice in the Gordon Square Arcade with one mission, stated plainly: to nurture sex positivity and inclusivity among all clients. We live in a world where sex negativity is rampant, and anyone who does not subscribe to monogamy or is not heterosexual can feel immense pressure to conform to ideologies they do not agree with. That is where the practice comes in.
Individual counseling, relationship counseling with a specialty in polyamory and consensual non-monogamy, LGBTQIA+ counseling, somatic and assessment intensives, and supervision for clinicians seeking licensure and AASECT certification are all offered. Matt Lachman founded the practice in 2019, and clients are seen in person in Cleveland and Cincinnati and virtually across Ohio.
