Finka Table & Tap
Miami, FL
At Finka Table & Tap, family and flavor sit at the same table. Founded and led by chef-owner Eileen Andrade, we grew out of a Cuban family with deep Miami roots and a lifelong love of feeding people well. Here we take the dishes we were raised on and give them new company, weaving our Cuban heritage together with the Latin and Asian influences that shape the way this city eats. The result is fusion that feels personal: think Korean fried chicken with a Latin swagger, oxtail that speaks two languages, and shareable spreads meant to be passed hand to hand. Our name comes from the Spanish word for farm, a nod to the honest, from-the-ground cooking that anchors everything we do. Pair it all with craft cocktails, a rotating list of beers on tap, and a warm, buzzing dining room built for long tables and longer conversations. Whether you are here for a quick lunch, happy hour with friends, or a celebration worth lingering over, we want you to eat like family and leave like one too. Come hungry, stay a while, and taste what happens when Miami's cultures meet on one plate.
