Gail Wasmer

Gail Wasmer is a REALTOR® with LPT Realty, providing full-service representation to buyers and sellers in Springfield, Illinois, and the surrounding communities. Fair, thoughtful and equitable representation is her focus, and she specializes in support for the LGBTQ+ community.

Her path to real estate ran through the financial side of housing. She managed the business office of an apartment community, worked for a tax and annuities firm, and later serviced mortgages on the secondary market, working with banks and loan officers and overseeing quality control. That background gives her a clear view of how lending works.

After starting at Prairie Property Solutions, Gail worked with The Real Estate Group and then as a full-service broker and team administrator with Capital Area Real Estate, which merged with Keller Williams, before moving to LPT Realty. A graduate of the Capital Area REALTORS® Leadership Academy, she guides clients patiently through each step of buying or selling a home.
