Historic Hampton House 1908 is a restored Southern estate in downtown Pickens, South Carolina, working today as a wedding and event venue in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The house was designed by Pickens mayor Waddie McFall in the early 1900s and was brought back in a year long restoration in 2021.
The property holds three spaces: the mansion, with private ready rooms and five ensuite bedrooms; the Carriage House, a covered indoor and outdoor reception space for up to 120 guests; and The Pavilion tent, which seats up to 200. Private gardens hold several ceremony locations, and up to 14 guests can stay overnight. The venue is female founded and staffed by women, and is a member of the Upstate LGBT+ Chamber of Commerce.
