Jeffrey Moyer

Jeffrey Moyer is a licensed real estate salesperson with the Meredith Real Team at Gurney Becker & Bourne, a Buffalo brokerage trusted in Western New York since 1864. With more than a decade in real estate, Jeffrey helps buyers and sellers across Buffalo and its surrounding communities, including Amherst, Cheektowaga, Clarence, East Aurora, Hamburg, Kenmore, Lancaster, Orchard Park, Tonawanda, West Seneca and Williamsville.

A Western New York native who has also lived in other parts of the country, Jeffrey has a real affection for the region. He often points out that Buffalo offers some of the most beautiful and distinctive homes anywhere, at prices that still surprise people, and he loves helping clients discover that for themselves. Before real estate he built careers in retail sales and as a broadcast journalist, experience that sharpened the active listening and clear communication his clients rely on.

Jeffrey is also a committed community leader. He serves as a board member of Embrace WNY, an LGBTQ+ educational nonprofit, and stays involved through his fraternity's alumni and housing organizations and the historic Saturn Club. A member of the National Association of Gay and Lesbian Real Estate Professionals since 2019, he brings that same sense of belonging and advocacy to his work with LGBTQ+ buyers and sellers.
