Jeremy Fain, REALTOR® at Greenwood King Properties

Jeremy Fain is a broker associate with Greenwood King Properties in Houston, the firm where his career began and where he grew into the luxury market. He works with buyers and sellers across the city and helps people new to Houston make sense of a market where neighborhoods differ sharply and there is no zoning to lean on.

His focus areas include River Oaks, West University, the Museum District, Memorial, Tanglewood, Montrose and The Heights, with reach out to The Woodlands, Lake Conroe and Galveston.

Jeremy came to real estate from music. He studied at Texas Tech University, the Eastman School of Music and the University of Southern California, and his work as a musician and educator gave him structure and a habit of close listening. He runs the business on the principle that all clients are created equal.
