The Josh Allen Team

The Josh Allen Team works with buyers and sellers in Center City Philadelphia and beyond, from first-time buyers to luxury homes and investors. The team is affiliated with Compass and works from an office on Walnut Street.

Its neighborhood focus includes Rittenhouse Square, Fitler Square, Society Hill, Graduate Hospital, Old City, the Art Museum area, Washington Square, Fishtown, Passyunk Square and Northern Liberties, with searches for single-family homes, condos and multi-family property.

Responsive, reassuring and respected is the team's motto, and its agents work to stay calm under pressure. They never tell anyone what to do; instead they give people the tools to make informed decisions and help them decide. Service continues past closing too, with help finding contractors and understanding renovation cost estimates.
