Kelly Zuger + Ensemble

Kelly Zuger is a real estate broker and founding board member of Ensemble, Seattle's first member-led brokerage. Ensemble is community-based and not-for-profit, and its brokers serve as its directors, setting the firm's standards, priorities and culture together.

She works with buyers and sellers from Ensemble's office on Dexter Avenue North in Seattle, and the firm covers city neighborhoods from Capitol Hill, Queen Anne and Wallingford to Ballard, Madison Park, Columbia City and West Seattle.

Kelly compares the bond between agent and homeowner to the one between therapist and patient: it depends on trust. She takes time to get to know each person before going to market, communicates well and often, and walks people through every decision in a purchase or sale. The work continues after closing, with regular updates on home values and market trends long after the sale.
