Kyle Meeks, Compass

Kyle Meeks is a broker with Compass, working out of the Brentwood office with buyers, sellers and investors across Nashville and Middle Tennessee. Recent work runs from Nashville condos to homes in Franklin, Hendersonville, Hermitage and Old Hickory, and out to acreage in Pegram.

His training is unusual for the field: undergraduate and graduate study at Middle Tennessee State University with a focus on real estate valuation, the discipline behind pricing a property well.

The approach rests on a simple belief: expectations are best met when they have been thoroughly understood first. That means empathy, transparency and proactive communication, whether Kyle is walking a first-time buyer through each step of a purchase or helping a seasoned investor plan for returns. Sellers can also start through his Compass Concierge page.
