Lauren Feher is a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Realty in Coral Springs, representing sellers and buyers across Broward and Palm Beach counties. Raised in New Jersey, she came to Florida for college in the Orlando area and later settled in south Florida.

She concentrates where she knows the market best: Parkland, Coral Springs, Margate, Coconut Creek, Tamarac, Sunrise, Weston, Deerfield Beach, Pompano Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Wilton Manors, Boca Raton and Boynton Beach.

Lauren came to real estate from retail store management, which gave her the attention to detail and communication habits a smooth transaction depends on. She is a Cartus Certified Relocation agent, holds the GRI designation, is a Certified Staging Advocate and a Short Sale Resolution Specialist, and teaches the Code of Ethics as a Florida Realtors instructor. She also works closely with probate and military customers, and handles short sales, foreclosures and corporate relocation moves.
