Lindsey Cooke + Shore to Shore RE Group

Lindsey Cooke is an Associate Broker with Real Broker, LLC and the owner and team lead of the Shore to Shore Real Estate Group, working with buyers and sellers across Delaware, Maryland, and Pennsylvania. She is a Delaware native and lives in Newark.

She came to real estate from human services and drug and alcohol counseling, with more than fifteen years of customer service behind her, and that background still shapes how she works. A house move usually sits on top of something else, a new job, a separation, a growing family, a first home after years of renting, and she treats it that way.

Lindsey serves as President of the Delaware chapter of the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance, and she has helped many LGBTQ+ buyers relocate to Delaware and Maryland specifically because they wanted somewhere safe and affirming to land. She is an out lesbian REALTOR and a NAGLREP member, and she is candid with clients about which neighborhoods will feel welcoming.

Her record covers seventy-seven closed sales and about thirty million dollars in volume over the past five years, from first-time buyers using assistance programs to investors and sellers of larger homes. She ranks in the top fifteen percent at her company, and her recent listings have sold close to or above asking with short days on market.
