Marco Colantonio

Marco Colantonio is a REALTOR® with Equity Union Real Estate, working from Palm Springs with buyers, sellers and renters across the Coachella Valley and in Los Angeles. His areas include Palm Springs, Cathedral City, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, Indian Wells, La Quinta and Indio, along with West Hollywood and Beverly Hills.

He moved west from New York City, where he ran restaurants in Manhattan, and started his real estate career in West Hollywood and Beverly Hills while founding and publishing WeHo Times. That marketing background shapes how he presents a property, and his negotiating and open communication do the rest. A Fordham University graduate, he keeps a network that reaches New York, Denver, San Francisco and San Diego.

In the desert he guides clients through midcentury modern homes, pool properties, short-term rental rules and Indian lease land, which works differently from fee simple ownership. His office is on South Palm Canyon Drive.
