Matthew Richmond
Seattle, WASHINGTON
Matthew Richmond is a Seattle-based Realtor and relocation specialist who has worked in residential real estate since 2017. Before returning to the West Coast he spent about five years selling real estate in Detroit, including work with automotive executives, and he built his Seattle practice with the Windermere Mount Baker office, serving hundreds of clients across Washington and Michigan.
Relocation is at the core of what Matthew does, and it is personal. As the son of an Air Force officer, he moved frequently across the United States and Europe growing up, so he understands firsthand the stress and logistics of starting over in a new place. That empathy shapes the way he guides clients through a move, whether they are arriving from across the country or across town.
He is especially drawn to Seattle's historic neighborhoods and its developing, emerging markets, and he serves buyers and sellers throughout the metro area, including Seattle, Bellevue, Burien, Edmonds and Issaquah. Clients value his steady communication, local insight and genuine enthusiasm for matching people with the right home and community.
Matthew lives in Seattle's Columbia City neighborhood with his husband and two rescue dogs. A member of the National Association of Gay and Lesbian Real Estate Professionals since 2023, he is a warm, affirming resource for LGBTQ+ buyers and sellers, and for anyone relocating to the Puget Sound region who wants a knowledgeable guide in their corner. (Please confirm current brokerage and contact details directly, as Matthew's affiliation may be in transition.)
