Michael Ballantyne, A Classic Approach

Michael Ballantyne is a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker in Sarasota, working under the name A Classic Approach and its four values: honesty, loyalty, dedication and hard work. He helps clients buy, sell and rent homes in Sarasota and the surrounding area, with neighborhood guides for West of the Trail, Gulf Gate Estates, the Condo Corridor, Venice and Osprey.

Michael grew up around his family's businesses and worked in hospitality management, and he brings that service mindset to every transaction: anticipating needs, telling clients the truth, communicating consistently and staying in touch after closing.

He works with a transaction coordinator and dedicated staging, listing, design, photography and marketing teams. Sellers get market research, staging, pricing, coordination with contractors on pre-listing improvements and support for out-of-area owners. Buyers get help setting priorities, a focused property search, negotiation and support after the sale. His office is on South Tamiami Trail.
