National Conflict Resolution Center

The National Conflict Resolution Center (NCRC) is a San Diego nonprofit that provides services and training that transform conflict into resolution, helping people, organizations and communities manage and solve conflicts, with civility.

Its Training Institute offers customizable in-person and virtual conflict resolution workshops for professionals, higher education, community leaders, mediators and K-12 schools, including the Culture, Communication and Conflict Certificate for leaders and The Bystander Challenge. Participants learn proven strategies to navigate conflict, de-escalate tense situations and give respectful, constructive feedback. West Coast Resolution Group, a division of NCRC, provides exceptional and affordable mediation services to the legal community, and since 1983 NCRC has offered no-cost community mediation and restorative practices across San Diego. NCRC also offers professional coaching, facilitated dialogue, meeting facilitation and keynote speaking for organizations of every size.
