Ordinary Architecture Practice
3420 Rusk Street, Suite 43, Houston, TX 77003
Ordinary Architecture Practice is an architecture and interior design studio in Houston's East End, working on the places where daily life actually happens: homes, shops, restaurants, offices and the rooms in between. Common things can be great things when someone takes the time to understand what is meaningful and questions what has been done before.
The studio takes a project from feasibility and programming through design, documentation and construction administration, and carries the interiors alongside the architecture. The work runs from a backyard bungalow in the Houston Heights to one of the largest 3D printed concrete homes in the world, by way of the Premium Goods sneaker boutiques in Rice Village and Seaside Poke.

How we sourced this
Built from the studio's own website: the home and work pages for the services, the technologies and each project, the team page for how the practice describes itself and who leads it, and the contact page for the studio address and enquiry address. The Greater Houston LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce member directory is the source for the telephone number and for the category the chamber files the studio under.
