Patrick Banks, Luxury Property Specialist

Patrick Banks is a Luxury Property Specialist with Coldwell Banker Realty, helping clients buy and sell luxury and historic homes in Houston's Inner Loop. His neighborhoods are Montrose, the Heights, the Museum District, Upper Kirby and River Oaks.

He came to Houston after graduating from Rutgers and building a career in sales and marketing in New York City. He has lived in, restored and remodeled Inner Loop homes himself, which gives him a trained eye for materials, construction quality and design, and working knowledge of historic architecture and zoning.

Patrick is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist and a Certified Negotiation Expert, and he pairs market data with design sense when pricing and positioning a home. He serves on the board of the Avondale Association, belongs to Historic Preservation Houston, and offers custom relocation tours for people new to the city.
