Phil Wrigley

Phil Wrigley is a broker with Coldwell Banker Realty, serving buyers, sellers and investors across the Chicago area and southwest Michigan's Harbor Country. Originally from London, England, he relocated to Chicago more than a decade ago and built a practice with a distinct investment focus.

Phil specializes in helping clients buy homes to flip, acquire investment properties, and set up short-term and vacation rentals, and offers rental-management expertise for property owners.
