R&B's Steak and Fries brings East Coast flavor to Austin, and the cheesesteak sandwich is the reason to come.
Brothers Arman and Kris "Boo" Elliott spent summers in Austin with their grandparents in the early nineties, moved to Texas for good in 2015 and 2017, and opened the trailer downtown in April 2019. Austin Monthly named their fries the best in ATX, and Eat This, Not That! called the cheesesteak the best in Texas.
It is a place where culture and community meet food, music, family and love, which is how the brothers put it themselves.
