Its signature is the trademarked Crunch Cheesecake®, handcrafted alongside pound cake, banana pudding, brownies, and ice cream. Délice is the most elevated take on the Crunch Cheesecake, spoon-ready layered desserts made in small batches and packaged for gifting, in flavors like Raspberry Blanc, Chocolate Indulgence, Citrus Élégance, and Strawberry Crème. The bar also serves espresso, coffee, mocktails, and zero-proof wine. A private room hosts small gatherings such as workshops, book launches, and celebrations, and the team offers to-go and full-service dessert catering.
