SilverKite Community Arts

SilverKite Community Arts cultivates empathy and belonging through intergenerational and community-based arts programming.

For more than 13 years, SilverKite Community Arts® has strengthened communities through the design, facilitation, and support of Creative Aging, Community, and Intergenerational arts programs. The organization provides arts engagement programs, products, and resources that foster meaningful connection to self and others, serving thousands of individuals experiencing social isolation nationwide each year.

SilverKite delivers programming throughout Washington via our network of traveling teaching artists, ships arts engagement products across the United States, offers online workshops, and presents intergenerational programs and pop-up arts events in communities across the region.

Recently, SilverKite opened a permanent office and community space in Capitol Hill, which serves as the new headquarters for the admin team and allows us the space to invite the community in quarterly for new workshops and events. Learn more at: www.silverkite.us
