Steve Glose, Orlando's Gay Agent

Steve Glose is an Orlando REALTOR® with Preferred Real Estate Brokers, working with buyers and sellers of homes and condos across the city from an office on South Hiawassee Road.

His neighborhood guides cover Downtown Orlando, Thornton Park, Lake Nona, Windermere and Winter Park, and his Out in Orlando pages point newcomers to local arts and culture, attractions, events and nightlife. He brings an LGBTQIA+ friendly approach to every search, so buyers can speak freely about what they need, and he connects them with trusted lenders, inspectors and other professionals.

For sellers, Steve explains what a home is worth, what selling will cost and how long the process takes from contract to close. He also advises owners selling tenant-occupied rental homes, and sellers can request a home value estimate through his site.
