Talitha Dance channels empowering energy that connects clients to fitness, energy healing, and mental health tools that actively affect change in their world. Interconnectedness and authenticity are the building blocks of Talitha Dance. Those energies fuel the tools that build trust, strengthen camaraderie, and influence lasting self-improvements and collective growth. Instructing group fitness classes and 1:1 exercise sessions, sharing offerings by other holistic healing professionals to improve accessibility, and hosting wellness workshops that assemble this network of energy shifting tools for clients to experience and bookmark realizes positive changes both on an individual level and on a communal scale.
