The Brinkley Center

Austin, TX

Public sourceBlack-owned · Public source

The Brinkley Center offers online video therapy for women who want to stop overthinking, with a focus on relief from negative stress and anxiety.

Dr. Brinkley knows the pattern from the inside: years of spinning her wheels and losing sleep to a mind that would not switch off, until she decided enough was enough. The work is aimed at what that costs a person, from opportunities that fear talked them out of to friendships that overwhelm quietly ended.

Dr. Brinkley also speaks on stress reduction and cultural awareness, and is a premier member of the Women Speakers Association.
