The Glass Ceiling
New York, NY
The Glass Ceiling is a rooftop bar and restaurant on Broadway in NoMad, named for the retractable glass roof over the room and looking straight at the Empire State Building.
It shifts through the day from a communal workspace to a lounge for cocktails and light bites to a private events space, and is open to the public on nights and weekends.
Cate Luzio opened it in 2021 above Luminary, the career growth platform she founded in 2018, and hosts Luminary programming there.
