The Grove Juicery + Wellness Cafe is a women-owned, plant-based juicery and wellness cafe serving Omaha from three shops: the downtown flagship on Farnam Street, Grove West in Elkhorn, and the Aksarben location inside Inner Rail Food Hall. Founder Meghann Schense started The Grove after years as an international fashion consultant, when cold-pressed juice and clean, local food became her way of staying well on the road. Everything is made fresh daily in Omaha.

The menu runs from cold-pressed juices and plant mylks to smoothies, protein shakes, wellness shots, acai bowls, toasts, salads, and gluten-free baked goods, alongside a wellness market stocked with superfoods, proteins, vitamins, and adaptogens. Multi-day juice cleanses and a subscription Juice Club with free delivery round out the lineup for regulars who want the routine handled for them.
