Welcome to The Scookie Bar, where the scoop met the cookie! We are Phoenix's home for freshly baked, warm, deep-dish skillet cookies, aka Scookies, a name we proudly trademarked. Our story started back in 2016 as a mobile food truck rolling through the streets of Phoenix, dreamed up by us, Laura and Veanney, the Cookie Girls. The concept is simple and endlessly fun: build your own. First you pick your freshly baked cookie, then you choose from our rotating flavored ice creams, and finally you pile on unlimited toppings. Your Scookie can be as simple or as silly as you like, because there is no judgment at our bar. Craving a fan favorite instead? Grab one of our signature Scookie combinations. You can find us at The Churchill in downtown Phoenix, right in the Roosevelt Row Arts District, or book our food truck to cater your next event.
