Tuft Lyfe is a rug tufting studio in Jacksonville where guests design and make their own rug from start to finish. Workshops come in two frame sizes, all materials are provided, and guests can bring their own image or browse a suggested album for inspiration. Kids are welcome with a parent present, and the studio also hosts private parties and a custom sneaker workshop. For anyone who would rather not tuft, the team takes commissions and makes custom rugs to order. Tuft Lyfe grew from owner Khadijah Curry's lifelong love of crafting. After discovering rug tufting, she began making rugs for friends and family before bringing the craft to the city so others could try it themselves. It is a family-based business built on creating fun memories.
