Ujamaa Collective is a nonprofit organization of women of African descent who are entrepreneurs, artisans, artists, and servant-leaders. Established in 2008 in Pittsburgh's Historic Hill District, it operates a fair-trade retail boutique featuring handmade merchandise from Africana/Black artists and makers, along with an entrepreneurship preparation program, an open-air marketplace, and agricultural initiatives.
