White Dog Distilling is a small-batch craft distillery and tasting room in Pawtucket, Rhode Island, just outside Providence, making spirits from grain to glass. The lineup covers aged and unaged whiskey, including Puppy Bourbon and Cornucopia Cold Brew Whiskey, along with Blackstone Gin, spiced rum, Lella's Limoncello, and flavored moonshines such as Salted Caramel, Cinnamon Apple, and Jalapeño Lime. White Dog also created Sabin's Spirit, a whiskey made with the Rhode Island Historical Society and inspired by Providence's historic Sabin's Tavern. The speakeasy-style tasting room pours tastings and cocktails, and the team hosts distillery tours, cocktail crafting classes, and barrel experiences for private and corporate events.
