Referred clients meet individually with volunteer stylists to choose complete interview-appropriate outfits, footwear, and accessories at no expense. After securing employment, participants return for additional professional garments to establish a reliable working wardrobe. Beyond suiting, the organization operates a dedicated Career Center providing computer access, resume review services, online job search assistance, and mock interview coaching.

To help women thrive in their careers over the long term, the organization delivers ongoing employment retention mentoring, financial literacy education, and professional development seminars.
