Serves Women job seekers and professionals seeking economic self-sufficiency in Greater Cincinnati and Northern KentuckyWomenRegistered nonprofit

Dress for Success Cincinnati empowers women to achieve economic self-sufficiency by providing professional attire, career development tools, and a supportive network of community peers throughout Greater Cincinnati, southwestern Ohio, and northern Kentucky. Founded in 1999, the nonprofit helps women navigate job searches, interview processes, and career transitions, enabling clients to gain confidence and secure rewarding employment.

The organization's styling and suiting program provides each client with individualized, head-to-toe professional outfits, footwear, and accessories suited for upcoming job interviews. Once employment is secured, clients return to receive additional work-appropriate attire to build a dependable work wardrobe. Beyond apparel, the agency operates the Career Transformation Center, where volunteer career coaches provide one-on-one resume guidance, mock interview preparation, digital literacy training, and job search strategies tailored to each participant's goals.

To ensure long-term career retention and advancement, the organization facilitates the Professional Women's Group. This monthly networking and educational cohort connects employed women to discuss topics such as workplace communication, financial literacy, career mobility, and personal wellness. Through its mobile career service van, the nonprofit also brings professional clothing and coaching directly to partner agencies in outlying neighborhoods, removing transportation barriers and expanding access to economic empowerment for women throughout the regional community and tri-state area.
