About 1865 Fest

1865 Fest is a two-day Juneteenth celebration in Chicago's Garfield Park organized by the 1865 Coalition, a group of community organizations, residents, churches, businesses and officials. It includes a youth and family day and a day honoring the late Isaac 'Lord Haiti' Johnson. The festival is a featured event of the citywide Black Culture Week.
