Dress for Success Arizona

Dress for Success Arizona helps women achieve economic mobility with professional attire, career coaching and development tools, all at no cost. Based in Phoenix and an affiliate of Dress for Success Worldwide, it serves clients from its Central Avenue boutique and career center, satellite sites in Glendale and Peoria, and a Mobile Career Center that brings services to people who lack transportation.

Clients work with a personal stylist to choose an interview outfit, then return for a week of professional clothing once they land a job. The Career Center pairs each woman with staff for resumes, cover letters, mock interviews and skills training, while Fast Track to Success offers a one-day or four-day training for unemployed and underemployed clients. EducateHER connects women with certificate and degree programs through Arizona State University and Maricopa Community Colleges, and the Professional Women's Group offers networking and peer support after they start a job.

The Workforce Initiative brings job readiness classes and professional attire to high school students and recent graduates ages 16 to 24. HOPE for Success supports women returning to the community from incarceration, and Tailor Made for Success offers interview styling and coaching for unemployed and underemployed men. The organization also hosts Bank On Arizona, which connects underserved communities to low-cost bank accounts.
