Dress for Success Emerald Coast - Florida, the local affiliate of Dress for Success Worldwide, helps women move toward economic independence with free professional attire and support. Women with a scheduled interview receive a referral from a partner agency, such as a local shelter, women's program or Okaloosa Technical College, then visit the Fort Walton Beach boutique, where volunteers help them choose an outfit and prepare for the interview. Employment Retention programs help new hires stay employed and grow. Suitings are by appointment, and gently used professional clothing is accepted by appointment.
