Dress for Success Midwest equips women across Eastern Missouri and the greater Saint Louis metropolitan area to achieve lasting economic independence through career development programs, professional styling boutiques, and ongoing employment retention support. Operating as the flagship workforce initiative of Connections to Success, the organization has served thousands of women, providing comprehensive tools to overcome employment barriers and secure family-sustaining careers.
The boutique program offers personalized styling appointments where participants receive interview-ready business attire, shoes, and professional accessories at no cost. Guided by volunteer image consultants, clients discover outfits that boost their self-confidence and prepare them to succeed in job interviews and new workplace environments across diverse industries.
Beyond suiting, Dress for Success Midwest delivers a robust suite of career development services, including resume workshops, mock interviews, job search coaching, and financial education seminars. Once placed in employment, participants are invited to join the Professional Women's Group, an ongoing peer network that provides monthly seminars on workplace navigation, leadership development, financial management, work-life balance, and long-term career advancement.
