Dress for Success Southern Nevada is a premier workforce development nonprofit dedicated to empowering women to break cycles of poverty and achieve economic independence. Founded in 2009, the organization operates a full-service boutique and career center on West Desert Inn Road in Las Vegas, serving thousands of women who are preparing to enter or re-enter the workforce across Southern Nevada.

The agency provides a comprehensive continuum of career services anchored by its suiting experience. Clients referred by community partner organizations receive individualized styling sessions with personal shoppers to select interview-ready professional outfits, cosmetics, and accessories at no expense. Upon securing employment, clients return for employment suiting to equip them for their new work environment. Beyond professional attire, the organization’s career center offers computer access, resume writing assistance, mock interview practice, and digital skills training.

To ensure sustained career success, the organization hosts the Professional Women’s Group, an employment retention program that meets regularly to provide ongoing professional development, financial management classes, leadership training, and peer networking.
