About Taos Pride
Taos Pride is a grassroots organization that supports LGBTQ+ people and allies in Taos and Northern New Mexico. Its main event is Pride on the Plaza in downtown Taos, with performers, speakers, and queer-owned business and ally booths. The group also presents a Pride film festival at the Taos Center for the Arts.
What to expect
Pride events celebrate LGBTQ+ people and mark the Stonewall uprising of June 1969. Most combine a parade or march with a festival of performers, community groups, vendors and food.
