About Out on the Brazos
Out on the Brazos was Waco's annual Pride festival, hosted each October by the Waco Pride Network to coincide with National Coming Out Day. The day-long festival featured musical performances, food trucks and vendors. The 2025 edition was held Oct. 18 at Indian Spring Park.
What to expect
Pride events celebrate LGBTQ+ people and mark the Stonewall uprising of June 1969. Most combine a parade or march with a festival of performers, community groups, vendors and food.
