About Sequoyah County Pride
Sequoyah County Pride is a rural Pride festival in Sallisaw in eastern Oklahoma. The first edition took place in June 2025 in downtown Sallisaw, and the 2026 event moved to the county fairgrounds. The free all-ages daytime program includes vendors, speakers and activities, followed by an adults-only drag show.
What to expect
Pride events celebrate LGBTQ+ people and mark the Stonewall uprising of June 1969. Most combine a parade or march with a festival of performers, community groups, vendors and food.
