PLATZ JURIS, PLLC is a boutique law firm focused on founder-led and family-led businesses. PLATZ JURIS practices in the areas of business law, intellectual property, civil litigation, and strategic legal counsel (fractional general counsel) for companies, entrepreneurs, creatives, and growth-minded organizations.
My legal practice is shaped by more than two decades of private-sector leadership experience before entering the practice of law. Having worked across business operations, governance, finance, sales, public relations, and international management, I bring a practical, inside-the-business perspective to my legal work. I understand that clients do not come to lawyers for abstract answers; they come with real business challenges, reputational risks, financial pressures, disputes, opportunities, and decisions that require judgment.
That background allows me to approach legal matters with both precision and context. Whether advising on contracts, protecting intellectual property, guiding business relationships, managing litigation risk, or helping clients navigate complex disputes, my goal is to provide counsel that is clear, strategic, practical, and aligned with the client’s broader objectives.
